Brief Introduction

Opal White Laminated Glass is one of the Safety Glass used in residential or commercial building. It is made of two sheets of glass or more with  White Translucent PVB. That make-up let it have the property of stealing-resistant and glass anti-splash. That is why it is called safety glass.Besides,our Laminated glass can be energy efficiency, acoustic, or even hurricane-resistant with Dupont SGP. The two sheets of glass can be annealed, tempered, heat strengthened and ceramic frit. They can also be float glass, patterned glass,low e, silvermirror and painted glass. Laminated Safety Glass is widely used on Glass Wall, Balcony Glass, Glass Railing, Stair Railing, Balustrade Glass, Glass Fencing, Fence Glass,Door & Window, House Roof etc. Custom-Made is available.

Our Laminated Glass has good impacting resistant and it is not easy to be shattered. If it is shattered, the broken pieces of glass would stick to the interlayer. Besides, Acoustic Laminated Glass helps to reduce outdoor noise.

OEM at different color, cut to size and shapes

Due to the color of Float Glass or Glass Interlayer , Laminated Glass is available with various of colors besides of Opal White Laminated Safety Glass, such as Clear, Grey, Bronze, Blue, Green etc.

We have a Laminated Glass Cutting Machine to cut our big Laminated Glass to be small size. That machine is more efficiency in the cutting than it does by hand-man. Then delivery time is faster.

Process 

Opal White Laminated Safety Glass is processed mainly in three period. First of all, Pre-Laminating two sheets or more sheets of glass with Whte Translucent PVB or SGP; Then Cooking Pre-Laminated Glass on Autoclave with Pressure about 13 PA and High Temperature around 135℃ ; the last step is Packing.If it is Tempered Laminated Glass, certainly the glass should be toughened firstly before pre-laminating. The Tempered Glass conbining to Laminated Glass can be processed with Polished Edges,Holes, Cut-Outs or in Irregular Shape.

With certificates of AS/NZS 2208: 1996 and CE, the glass is popular in Australia and New Zealand Market, Europe, USA, Canada and South of America
