Brief Introduction

Laminated Back Painted Glass is usually made by one sheet of Back Painted Glass and one sheet of Float Glass with PVB. It is one kind of Safety Glass.

We usually make our Painted Glass with double paints unless there are special requirements from customers. In order to less the risk that the paint peel off or is scratched, we use Italian Paint and paint it thicker on the glass. The Glass used is only High Quality One. The basic glass of the Laminated Back Painted Glass can be Low Iron Glass/Ultra Clear Glass, and Clear Glass or the one the customer appoints to.

Colors Available

Laminated Back Painted Glass is available on different colors due to the various colors of Paint and Glass. Paint colors available are wide, such as RAL 9001 ( Cream), RAL 9005 ( Black), RAL 9010 (White), RAL 0355 (Red) and other RAL colors. Colors of Glass includes Clear, Ultra Clear White/Low Iron White /Super White, etc.

Custom-Made Laminated Back Painted Glass

Both Big Size and Custom-Made Laminated Painted Glass at Cut To Size, Irregular Shape with Edgework are workable. We are exprienced to provide our customers with customized ones.

Application

Laminated Back Painted Glass, as safety Glass, is used as Sliding Door, Partition Glass, Wardrobe,Blackboard, Writing Board, Reception Glass etc. 

Certificates of AS/NZS 2208:1996, CE and ISO are available to Europe, America, Australia and New Zealand Market
