Low Iron Float Glass is one kind of Float Glass with high transimission, about 92% or more. It can be processed by tempered, Laminated, Silvering, Painting, Hole, Polishing, Cutouts etc. After some of those process, it can be used as Low iron Tempered Shower Glass(Showe Enclosure Glass Door), Ultra Clear Laminated Glass(Balcony Glass), Low Iron Silver Mirror, Ultra Clear Painted Glass, Low Iron Soap Glass Dish, Ultra Clear Glass Shelf etc.

The technology to produce Low Iron Float Glass was controlled by American Pilkton. Jinjing Glass in China bought that technology from them but has to pay for that patent every year from their sales amount. Now In China, there are four manufacturers can do Ultra Clear Float Glass.After a glass conference in 2018, those four manufacturers announced to increase the price of Low iron Glass because of cost increasing on raw material,strict policy on Environment and growing market demand.On March.01,2018, the price increased by RMB300/Ton and on March.09, increased by RMB 100/Tons again.
