Brief Introduction

Toughened Glass is another name of Tempered Glass. It can be Polished around, and corners tipped for safety if neccessary. Considering its installation, holes or cutouts are available. In order to lower the Spontaneous Break Rate, heat soaked process is workable if it need.

Tempered Glass Door Panel is generally required to be Polished All edges with Holes and Cutout. Some of customers prefer tipped corners for safety. 

Tempered Glass Door Panel can be thousands of small glass pieces without sharp tips once it is broken. Two or more sheets of Tempered Glass can be Laminated to become Laminated Glass. When Laminated Glass is broken, its small sheets will be stick onto its interlayer PVB or SGP. Those are one of the reasons that Tempered Glass and Laminated Glass are also Safety Glass or Security Glass.
